​The Queensland Government Health website has some great tools to help you to look after your mental wellbeing. There are six different areas (or building blocks) of mental wellbeing. Each building block helps you respond to the range of mental tasks we face every day, in a unique and powerful way.  The building blocks are;

  • Take notice

  • Keep learning

  • Connect more

  • Embrace nature
