CASA manages a number of units and housing from several Community Housing Programs.  

 

• Long Term Community Housing 

• Community Managed Studio Units 

• Youth Transitional Housing 

 

CASA assesses the rental for these properties based on the Department of Housing and Public Works Community Housing Rent Policy.

We accommodate people from the One Social Housing Register held at the Housing Services Office. When completing the Application for Housing Assistance form, remember to tick the Community Housing option on page 2.
